Fluffed Cafe & Dessert Bar, Taman Paramount, Petaling Jaya

We've noticed few months ago that one of the shop around our area is under renovation and assume correctly that there will be another hipster cafe opening soon. It's obvious since the interior design has been very consistent.

We were right and they opened not too long, on the first week of November 2015. I'm very happy to have more up-and-coming cafes opening around Paramount Garden. I went over for lunch today. 

They are known for their waffles. But, they do have other choices too like their homemade cakes and ice-cream.  For drinks, they have coffee and their specialty; Fluffed Affogato. If you are not up for coffee, they have bottled juice, selection of teas and flavoured soda. 

Today, I ordered Rose Cloudcake and Fluffed Affogato. I love the cake's colour and strawberry has never been my favourite, but I was willing to give it a try.

The cake's texture is smooth, moist and fresh; the taste of strawberry was subtle and I was happy that it isn't too sweet nor sourish. Affogato here is now one of my favourite with bits and pieces of honeycomb. I like the taste of their beans too because there is no after sour taste after sipping couple of times. 

It's a nice place for me to relax. I shall come here again to try their waffles next round.

At the moment, they are having their soft launch and their official opening is on 15 November 2015 with 15% off as their opening promotion.
